Our high school will start education with 4 branches that we will open for the 9th grades in the 2022-2023 academic year.
The general aim of our high school curriculum is to prepare our students for the future in the best way possible by enabling them to achieve success in academic, social, artistic, cultural and sports fields.
Starting from the 9th grade in the 2022-2023 academic year, programs developed by the Turkish Education Association and approved by the Ministry of National Education will be implemented in our school. Thanks to the special programs that run ahead of the science high school curriculum, our students are guaranteed to be successful in university exams, and our students who want to continue their higher education abroad are provided one step ahead of their peers.
It is possible to collect the programs specific to TED schools, which will be implemented by expanding the scope every year at TED Çorlu College, under three main headings:
SCIENTIST EDUCATION PROGRAM (BIYP) - BİYP, which was developed by TED teachers and aims to educate students who have assimilated productive, scientific thinking and made these characteristics a way of life, has been updated and approved by the decision of the Ministry of National Education Board of Education and Discipline No. 170 dated 06/10/2009. BIYP was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office on 08.06.2017.
BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION COUNCIL (BTEC) - The BTEC program, which aims to provide its students with the competencies of the professions they want to have in the future, has been implemented in more than 100 countries for 30 years. BTEC programs in Turkey started to be implemented in TED Ankara College for the first time in 2014 and are implemented only in TED schools.
UNIVERSITY SUPPORT EDUCATION PROGRAM (UDEP) - In order to prepare our students for the university exam in the best way, UDEP is applied to 11th and 12th grades in our school. With UDEP, TYT and AYT preparation studies are carried out without the need to go to any course to prepare for university exams. The basis of the program is to follow the developmental processes of our students, to support their development by creating different educational processes in line with the achievements to be achieved, and to move them to the highest level of success they can reach in every field.
High school education processes are integrated with interdisciplinary studies. This cooperation and teamwork plays an important role in supporting children's development in many ways and in maintaining a healthy communication between stakeholders.
With the programs implemented in high school education, follow-up and continuity according to the students' learning deficiencies are provided by the follow-up of individual advisor teachers. Each step of this process is evaluated from multiple perspectives and an academic result-oriented approach is displayed.
At TED Çorlu College, there is a privileged environment making a difference such as classrooms equipped for different learning styles, physics, chemistry and biology laboratories, computer laboratory, library and information access center, club rooms, multi-purpose sports hall, swimming pool, fitness and spinning studio, and school radio among the places that allow our students to be successful in academic, social, artistic, cultural and sports fields.
